The team establishes a vision, sets goals, 和 shapes the future of that particular aspect. Full-time employees have access to data so they can be involved 和 informed 关于 this grassroots strategic planning approach. A four-person leadership team leads each 认证 Team. Full-time employees can request which team to participate in based on their strengths 和 interests, although some teams are identified by position on campus.
